Biography

Victor received his Associate of Arts degree from Marion Military Institute, his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1974 from Louisiana State University and his Juris Doctorate in 1976 from Louisiana State University Law School.

He is a member of the Louisiana Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association, the Lafayette Parish Bar Association and a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association.


He is admitted to practice in all federal and state courts in Louisiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
