Biography

Past member of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Police Athletic League and is a past President of that board. Mr. Chapman has also served on numerous boards, including four years as a member of the Orange County Sheriff’s Office Citizen Review Board and the Regional Disaster Security Task Force. He is currently the Privacy Officer for the Central Florida Intelligence Exchange. Mr. Chapman is a Benefactor Life Member of the National Rifle Association and Certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a Mediator in Circuit and County court matters. He is also certified as a Mediator in the Middle District of Florida.
