Tucker Oberting joined Whiteman Osterman & Hanna LLP in September 2025. Mr. Oberting was previously a Summer Associate and Law Clerk with the Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Oberting served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Mae D. Agostino, United States District Judge for the Northern District of New York.EducationTucker graduated cum laude from Washington and Lee University School of Law with his Juris Doctor. During law school, Mr. Oberting was a Lead Articles Editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review and Faculty Research Assistant. Mr. Oberting received a Bachelor of Arts degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University, majoring in Government and minoring in Film and Media Studies.
