Victoria Audrey Verlezza

Victoria Verlezza is a personal injury litigator who brings drive, focus, and a client-first mindset to every case she handles. Known as an aggressive advocate, she works closely with injured people to help them deal with insurance companies and the many moving parts of a claim, always aiming for the best possible outcome. Victoria represents clients harmed by careless or unsafe conduct in matters involving motor vehicle crashes, construction accidents, wrongful death, slip-and-fall injuries, negligent security, electrocution, and toxic exposure cases involving lead, mercury, or mold. Before joining Brach Eichler Injury Lawyers, she gained valuable courtroom and research experience through public service roles, including an internship in the Appellate Division at the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office. She also served as a judicial intern in the Family Division of the New Jersey Superior Court in Union County, where she observed how judges evaluate evidence and make decisions that impact families. Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University Commonwealth Law School in 2024. She brings careful preparation, clear communication, and determined advocacy to clients who need someone in their corner.
