Biography

Victoria Dias is a trial attorney at Morgan & Morgan’s West Palm Beach office.

Ms. Dias obtained her bachelor’s degree from the Florida State University, where she was involved on campus and loved cheering on the ‘Noles! After obtaining her bachelor's degree, Ms. Dias headed to Miami, Florida, where she obtained her Juris Doctor at the Florida International University, College of Law. Enjoying her time at FIU Law, Ms. Dias became the President of the Moot Court Team, Peer Mentor Program, and Criminal Law Society. She was also heavily involved in the Student Bar Association.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Dias was an Assistant State Attorney at the Office of the Palm Beach State Attorney’s Office. Ms. Dias is a passionate advocate who quickly rose the ranks from misdemeanor, to felony, and then to the Felony Domestic Violence Unit. In her time at the State Attorney’s Office, she worked tirelessly to obtain favorable results for the State of Florida and victims of violent crimes. Her experience at the State Attorney’s office has made her an experienced trial attorney, as she has tried dozens of jury trials and non-jury trials.
