Victoria G. Bain

Victoria Bain joined Weiss, Schmidgall & Hires as an associate attorney in 2023. She is a graduate of The University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Valparaiso University. During her time in college, she taught classes to incarcerated men at the Westville Correctional Facility, peer tutored her colleagues in various academic courses, and competed as a member of the women’s swimming team.

Before joining the office as an attorney, she started her legal career with Weiss, Schmidgall & Hires as a law clerk, assisting Attorneys Hires, Schmidgall, and McPheeters with various cases from their pre-suit stages through litigation. Victoria focuses on property disputes, contractual issues, criminal defense, personal injury, and other general practice matters.

When she’s not in the office, Victoria enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys attending concerts, visiting major league baseball parks, and traveling. Raised in a Marine Corps family, she has a passion for helping active duty service members, veterans, and their families, and she often volunteers in the community with her father.
