Biography

Victoria (“Tori”) Langton focuses her practice on defending manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products in products liability litigation. She also has experience with general commercial litigation matters, including false advertising and other intellectual property litigation. She represents companies in state and federal courts, including single-plaintiff and mass tort actions and serving as national coordinating counsel for products liability matters. Tori has experience with all phases of litigation, including bench and jury trials and final arbitration hearings, and routinely counsels clients on a variety of legal issues.
