Victoria L. Plante

Victoria L. Plante is the founding attorney of Plante Law Firm, P.C., bringing over twenty-five years of experience in representing individuals and small to mid-sized businesses in a broad range of business and employment law matters. Skilled in areas including business formations, contracts, operations, and litigation, Ms. Plante also advises corporate management on best practices related to compliance, harassment, discrimination, wage issues, and employee classification. Admitted to practice in Texas, multiple federal courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court, she has litigated cases nationwide and has argued before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fifth and Federal Circuits. Ms. Plante holds degrees from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, the University of Arkansas William H. Bowen School of Law, and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. She has served as legal counsel for non-profit organizations, presented at numerous seminars, and published appellate briefs, all while being recognized for her professional and community contributions. Ms. Plante is an active church member and has participated in missionary work abroad. She is not certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
