Biography

Victoria joined Pillinger Miller Tarallo as an associate in 2024 after working in the insurance industry handling complex casualty claims, managing litigations, and conducting high level coverage analyses. Victoria graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arcadia University in 2015 and earned her Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2019. Thereafter, she gained legal experience working as an associate in private practice specializing in immigration, criminal defense, family law and Plaintiff’s personal injury.

Victoria’s main area of expertise includes motor vehicle collisions and premises liability cases. She develops cases from inception to trial and handles site visits, claims investigations, depositions, drafting and arguing motions and settlement negotiations.

Victoria was born and raised in New Jersey and currently resides in Bergen County. When she is not practicing law, she’s spending time with her family, following all things basketball, and growing her new business.
