Biography

Viktoriya earned her Juris Doctor from Queen’s University Faculty of Law after completing her first year at the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law.

At Queen’s University she developed her passion for civil litigation and family law and participated in Family Law Moot. After her call to the Ontario Bar in 2018 she worked at both civil litigation and family law firms. She later founded and managed her own practice before joining Unified LLP.

Viktoriya is a passionate advocate for her clients, representing them confidently in court while also finding creative and effective solutions through negotiation to achieve their goals. Her extensive litigation experience allows her to skillfully navigate complex legal issues and develop strong strategies in both contested and negotiated matters.

Viktoriya approaches every file with diligence, compassion, and determination—providing clear guidance and strong advocacy during what are often the most challenging times in her clients’ lives.

In her spare time, Viktoriya enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling.
