Biography

With more than 40 years of experience representing clients in criminal cases, Vincent P. DiFabio is recognized as one of the preeminent criminal defense attorneys in southeastern Pennsylvania.

Mr. DiFabio has handled thousands of felony and misdemeanor cases in both State and Federal Courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, ranging from death penalty murder charges to drug offenses, assault charges, rape, sex crimes and driving under the influence, and traffic matters. Mr. DiFabio is a fierce trial attorney who has earned a reputation for thorough and tireless case preparation. He has extensive experience in appellate matters that includes securing successful precedent setting decisions in the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme Courts in cases involving Constitutional Rights and the use of DNA evidence to exonerate a client. Additionally, Mr. DiFabio has lectured at various criminal law seminars and previously served on the Chester County Criminal Rules Committee. He is a former adjunct professor at Immaculata University.
