Vincent Paul Crudden: Attorney with Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C.

Biography

A graduate of New York Law School, Vincent P. Crudden is an accomplished litigator who has extensive experience in Workers’ Compensation matters. In fact, Vincent represented Workers’ Compensation Insurance Carriers for many years before going into private practice representing injured workers. He also served in the New York City Corporation Counsel’s Office. At Fusco, Brandenstein and Rada, P.C., Vincent uses his inside knowledge about how insurance companies operate for the benefit of our Workers’ Compensation clients.

Vin takes a vigorous proactive approach in representing clients before the Workers’ Compensation Board. He listens to his clients, and advises them realistically about the benefits they are entitled to receive under the law. He informs them of the strengths of their claims; presents clients’ cases before the NYS Workers’ Compensation Board, and fights to make sure clients get all they are entitled to.

His unique background as an attorney specializing in Workers’ Compensation from both the employers’ and employees’ sides means our Workers’ Compensation clients get an exceptionally qualified attorney to handle their legal needs.
