Biography

Born in Brooklyn, New York, Vince has been practicing bankruptcy law in Northeastern Pennsylvania since 1988, having represented more than 6,000 clients in bankruptcy proceedings. Vince has lectured on dozens of occasions to attorneys, realtors, tax collectors and other professionals regarding bankruptcy law. Vince is a founding member, two-term past-President, former multi-term Board member and Committee Chair of the Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association. He is presently an officer, Committee Chair and member of the Board of Directors of the Monroe County Bar Association. Vince has been married to Julie, a schoolteacher, since 1994, and they have two children, Tommy and Katie, presently attending New York University.

Vince concentrates his practice in helping individuals, married couples and small businesses through difficult financial times. He listens to his clients and, after hearing their particular questions and concerns, responds with clear and understandable advice tailored to their unique situation. Vince understands that his job is to provide solutions to his clients' problems, and does so every day. Vince was raised in a loving home, but it experienced its share of financial concerns. He paid for his education by working each and every semester during college and two jobs every summer. Vince understands how difficult it is to make ends meet and wants to help as many people as possible manage their finances and eliminate debt.

If you are experiencing financial difficulties and reside in the Poconos, Wyoming Valley, Lehigh Valley or anywhere in Northeastern Pennsylvania, there is nobody better to answer your questions and provide sound advice than Vince Rubino. Phone calls, video conferences and meetings with Vince are always free-of-charge, and his fees for representation in bankruptcy proceedings are very reasonable and disclosed in writing.
