I'm a Southern California lawyer ☀️ who started from the bottom of the legal field as a legal assistant and has risen to own and operate my own law firm. I have extensive experience in legal research, legal writing, and implementing efficient procedures to minimize cost to my clients and ensure that my clients get the best possible results.🏆 In law school, I received an American Jurisprudence award in nearly all of my courses. This is a big deal, as the American Jurisprudence award is awarded to the student achieving the highest grade and rank in the class for a particular subject (e.g., Torts, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Family Law, Civil Procedure, etc.). Among the classes I received an American Jurisprudence Award were Criminal Law, Contracts, Legal Research and Writing, Civil Procedure, and Business Associations.🎯 In practice, I fight zealously for my clients to achieve the best possible results. I don't back down from a fight, and I explore all possibilities to get my clients positive results. From the legal technology I employ to reduce representation costs to the wide array of referrals I utilize to evaluate and prepare my clients' cases (e.g., investigators, medical experts, mental health experts, etc.), I ensure that my clients all receive the personal attention that they deserve!
