•Obtained summary judgment for a Fortune 500 Company against a complaint by an individual that the company’s product rendered a pool deck excessively slippery, resulting in the individual being rendered quadriplegic.
•Obtained a defense verdict for a casino in an excessive force claim arising out of an arrest by New York State Police.
•Successfully represented the estate of a physician in a fraudulent conveyance action against former partners.

Successfully defended County Department of Probation on First Amendment retaliation claim with the District Court's decision setting aside jury verdict in favor of defendant by the Second Circuit.; Pastorino v. Commodore Maintenance Corp. 191 A.D.2d 440 (1st Dept. 2021). Successfully defended contractor against Longshore and Harbor Worker Compensation Act claim arising out of a dock builder's injury on Broadway Bridge repairs project.; Rizzo v. Sherwin Williams Co, 49 A.D.3d 847 (2d. Dept. 2008). Obtained summary judgement against a complaint by an individual that the company's product rendered a pool deck excessively slippery, resulting in the individual being rendered quadriplegic.; Perriello v. State of New York, 106 A.D.3d 797 (2d Dept. 2013). Obtained a defense verdict for a casino in an excessive force claim arising out of an arrest by New York State Police.; Matter of Rodman, 116 A.D.3d 422 (1st Dept. 2014). Successfully defended owner of diamond collections valued at approximately $10 million dollars in Bronx County Surrogate's Court with Decision affirmed by the First Department. In the 'Turnover' proceeding, Petitioner (Decedent's nephew) alleged client breached his fiduciary duty as officer and shareholder of closely held corporation in acquiring the Decedent's interest in the collection.
