Biography

Bill is a graduate of the University of West Florida (B.A. Political Science, cum laude, 1990) and Cumberland School of Law (J.D. 1993). He was a Corporal in the U.S. Marines, 1983-1987. Bill is a member of the Florida Bar and the U.S. Middle District Court of Florida and the Marion and Duval County Bar Associations. He is also a member of the D.R. Smith American Inn of Court. He is a certified instructor by the Florida Department of Insurance. He is married and has four children and practices in all three of our offices.
