Vittorio focuses on corporate law and private and public M&A transactions, with in-depth experience across many industries, including financial services, manufacturing, real estate, healthcare, fashion, IT, and chemicals.

He has assisted financial institutions, industrial operators, investment funds, and multinational companies on a wide range of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public tender offers, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations.

Vittorio also has experience in negotiating strategic commercial and distribution agreements, as well as providing guidance on financial and insurance regulatory aspects.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, Vittorio worked for top-tier leading Italian and global law firms.
