Professional Experience:

Chris manages the firm's Destin office and has a broad-based real estate development and financial institutions practice. He has extensive experience in representing commercial developers and developers of all types of single and multi family (primarily condominium) residential developments. In addition, he regularly represents financial institutions for the closing and enforcement of all types of real estate related loans.

Chris is a member of The Florida Bar. He serves on the Bar's Executive Council of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and on the Title Insurance Committee. He is a past chairman of the Florida Realtor/Attorney Joint Committee. He holds an AV rating in the Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.
