Dane Fennell is senior counsel in the Corporate & Commercial Group of Babst Calland. Mr. Fennell’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, drafting commercial transaction agreements, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Fennell’s background includes managing complex due diligence aspects of small and large acquisitions and contract management projects. For these projects, he works closely with Solvaire Technologies, L.P., an affiliate of Babst Calland, to achieve reliable and cost-effective results.

Mr. Fennell graduated from Saint Vincent College in 2009 with a B.A. in History and a minor in Political Science. He earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law, graduating in 2012. While in law school, he interned for the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of Pittsburgh. Mr. Fennell also worked as a researcher and analyst for the Academic Affairs Office at Duquesne University.
