Biography

Davis Wert is a shareholder with the Denver law firm of Trout Raley. Mr. Wert’s practice focuses on water, environmental, public lands, eminent domain, and property law, among other areas, and has experience representing public and private clients, including the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, before the Colorado district, water, and appellate courts, the federal courts for the Ninth and Tenth Circuits and the Districts of Arizona and Colorado, and state and federal agencies. Prior to joining Trout Raley, Mr. Wert clerked for the Honorable Brian D. Boatright on the Colorado Supreme Court. During law school, Mr. Wert interned at the Colorado Supreme Court, the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, and two private law firms.
