Biography

W. Harvey Skees is a partner at Robinson & Henry on the Criminal Defense and Family Law Teams. With more than 25 years of experience and over 2,000 cases handled, he has successfully litigated criminal defense, civil matters, and family law across four states. His representative wins include a not-guilty verdict on felony sexual assault charges carrying a potential life sentence; a seven-figure wrongful death and product liability settlement after an 80 MPH crash; and an extra 150 days of parenting time for an unrepresented mother. Skees also defended a client in a $6 million insurance coverage arbitration, secured acquittals in serious traffic-accident trials, and overturned DUI charges by exposing flaws in breath- and field-sobriety tests. His strategic advocacy and courtroom acumen make him a formidable ally for every client.
