Biography

Mr. Hamilton is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals of Florida and is licensed to practice in the State of Georgia. His areas of concentration are civil litigation, focused on insurance defense, personal injury, construction litigation and adoption. Mr. Hamilton has been invited to present adoption seminars to audiences in and out of the State of Florida.

Mr. Hamilton earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida, with an emphasis on Political Science, and earned his Law Degree at Mercer University Law School in Macon, Georgia. Mr. Hamilton began his practice in Palm Beach County, Florida, and relocated to Bradenton, Florida with his family in 1994. He is currently a partner in the law firm of Price, Hamilton & Price, Chartered, and a member of the Manatee County Bar Association and Florida Bar.
