Biography

Walter represents contractors and project owners in a wide variety of commercial disputes and has experience in construction claims litigation in the Eastern District of Virginia. Walter earned his JD from the George Washington University Law School. During his time at George Washington, Walter participated several oral advocacy competitions, including the Spanogle International Arbitration Competition, in which he was a semi-finalist. Because of his performance in these competitions, Walter was awarded membership on both the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board and the Moot Court Board. Additionally, Walter participated in the Rising for Justice Housing Advocacy and Litigation Clinic where he represented indigent clients in the landlord tenant branch of D.C. Superior Court.

Walter is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia.
