Biography

Warren Kozak was born and raised in Chesapeake, Virginia. He attended Guilford College in Greensboro, North Carolina and received his law degree from Wake Forest University. Warren has practiced law in Virginia for more than 25 years and he has become one of the leading criminal defense attorneys in the area. In 2008, after many years as a partner with Marcus, Santoro & Kozak, P.C., Warren opened Kozak & Associates, P.C. Mr. Kozak is an active member in the community, he enjoys hunting, fishing, softball and golf. He enjoys spending time in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. He lives with his family in Portsmouth, Virginia.
