Biography

Wayne is a Partner in the family law and litigation groups. Wayne has experience in property division, child support, spousal support, parenting and mobility issues. Wayne’s practice also includes general commercial and civil litigation.

In the past, Wayne worked as a law lecturer and legal course specialist at the Sauder School of Business at UBC. While there, Wayne lectured on and developed course material for topics such as real estate law, mortgage law, local government law, and others.

Wayne has appeared at all three levels of court in British Columbia and has also participated in alternative dispute resolution forums, including arbitration and mediation.
