Biography

Wen Xue is an associate in the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice of Greenberg Traurig’s New York office. Wen focuses her practice on complex patent and trade secret litigation involving a broad range of technologies, including web technology, telecommunication, database, network security, blockchain, LED circuitry, and mechanical systems. She also provides consultation regarding patent portfolio evaluation and infringement and invalidity analyses.

Wen holds a master’s degree in Automotive Engineering and was a research assistant in the State Key Laboratory of Automotive Safety and Energy in Tsinghua University before entering the legal practice. She is a co-inventor of 14 Chinese patents involving automotive electrical systems and circuitry designs.
