Wendy A. Hardin has been practicing in the area of residential real estate since 2003. She has been with Joye, Nappier, Risher, & Hardin since 2005 and is an authorized agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company. Ms. Hardin and her staff are committed to providing prompt attention to all aspects of real estate closings. Understanding that other aspects of the law arise in handling real estate matters, Ms. Hardin is also available for estate planning consultations and corporation and limited liability company formation.
