Biography

Weronika lakoma is a member of the Project & Structured Finance practice. She advises Polish and foreign financial institutions and borrowers on transactions related to project finance and real estate financing, including cross-border projects. Her experience encompasses drafting and negotiating security documents and legal opinions as well as collecting and reviewing documentation related to conditions precedent and conditions subsequent to loan utilization. Weronika also specializes in financing of renewable energy projects with support of the auction system.
