Biography

Attorney Wesley H White (Wes) focuses his practice on premises liability claims in the firm's Charleston, West Virginia Office. Wes received his undergraduate degree in Sociology and Markets and Management Studies from Duke University in 2000, where Wes was also a four-year varsity letterman in football. Wes continued his football career after college by playing professionally in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the B.C. Lions. After sustaining a career ending injury Wes became an Assistant Football Coach for the Div-III Ohio Northern Polar Bears where Wes also obtained his law degree from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law in 2007.

Wes began practicing law in West Virginia in 2007 and has then held multiple positions including Assistant Prosecuting Attorney, In-House Counsel for United Bank, General Counsel/Deputy Secretary for the WV Department of Commerce, Administrative Law Judge for the WV Public Employees Grievance Board and opening his own plaintiff's personal injury firm. Wes joined Morgan & Morgan in 2024 where he primarily focuses on representing Plaintiffs in Premises Liability cases. Wes has one daughter, Nora Beth White, and spends his free time traveling, enjoying outdoor activities, and sporting events.
