Biography

Wesley specializes in long-term care litigation and medical malpractice; primarily in cases involving nursing homes, assisted living facilities and hospitals. Mr. Randolph worked for several years as a defense attorney representing such facilities prior to joining Morgan & Morgan. He is now proud to advocate on behalf of Florida's nursing home and assisted living facility residents, patients and their families.

Mr. Randolph earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of South Carolina, where he received the CALI Award for academic excellence in Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning. While in law school, Mr. Randolph clerked for the South Carolina State Senate Judiciary Committee and worked for a regional civil defense firm in South Carolina.

Mr. Randolph is a Fort Myers native who is licensed to practice law in Florida.
