Biography

In my law practice I have handled all kinds of cases both contested and uncontested in trial courts and appellate courts. I have tried numerous civil and criminal jury trials in Creek County and other Northeastern Oklahoma Counties; Served 8 years as an Assistant Creek County District Attorney; Appointed by the Supreme Court to be a judge on the Oklahoma Court of Appeals, Temporary Division No. 139; As a title examiner and licensed title insurance agent, I have rendered title opinions and cured title on thousands of surface and oil and gas real estate titles in Oklahoma.
