Biography

Wesley Yang is well-respected for his experience in complex corporate and tax law matters. Wes serves as Co-Chair of the Trusts & Estates Practice Group.

As a tax attorney and certified public accountant, Wes has more than 45 years of broad experience in estate planning and administration, asset protection planning, corporate and partnership taxation, international taxation, income tax matters, captive insurance companies, and management succession planning for high net-worth individuals and closely held businesses.

Wes is a regular lecturer on estate planning, asset protection, and taxation topics and has presented at numerous professional seminars sponsored by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
