• Represented Gobarto S.A. in antitrust proceedings in concentration case before the Office of the President of Competition and Consumer Protection.°

• Advised Croonwolter&dros B.V. on the transaction of the sale of all shares in Electro-Croon Polska Sp. z o.o. to IV Groep B.V.°
