Wil Bangerter is proud to call the law firm Bangerter Frazier Group home. Wil feels blessed to live in this tight-knit Southern Utah community, enjoys networking and developing long-term relationships with friends and family, and is determined to be there for members of the community who feel they are facing challenging and/or insurmountable legal issues. Wil handles legal matters involving all types of general civil litigation, including business disputes, insurance defense cases, matters involving real property, estate administration, and employment conflicts. Wil also deals with corporate formation, drafting employment contracts, real estate contracts, and estate plan documents. Wil has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in a wide array of legal matters in both State and Federal Court.
At a very young age, Wil aspired to be an attorney. Having been exposed to the legal industry for most of his life, Wil has learned that good attorneys can and should be a positive influence on others. He is motivated and humbled by the fact that the team at Bangerter Frazier Group has the answers and experience that might help troubled members of the community gain happiness and peace.
Wil has been involved with Bangerter Frazier Group since its inception, when his father, Steven R. Bangerter, founded the firm nearly twenty years ago. In 2017, Wil obtained a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, magna cum laude, from Dixie State University then attended law school at Brigham Young University, where he obtained a J.D. While in law school, Wil enjoyed working as a Law Clerk for the law firm Durham Jones & Pinegar, in 2018, and Bangerter Frazier Group, in 2019, before finally joining Bangerter Frazier Group full-time as an attorney in 2020. Wil is licensed to practice law in the State of Utah and is pursuing licensure in the State of California.
Wil loves to spend time with his family, enjoys golfing, playing basketball, and riding motorcycles. Wil speaks fluent (Brazilian) Portuguese, plays the piano, and enjoys making custom pens.
