Biography

Job Responsibilities: Will is an attorney whose practice focuses solely on litigation. He routinely appears in Federal Court, State Circuit Court, and Family Court. Will is admitted to practice in South Carolina, the U.S. District Court of South Carolina, and the U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit. He represents individuals and small businesses prosecuting complex civil litigation matters. His primary areas of practice include personal injury/wrongful death, defective construction and dangerous premises, insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims, and family law litigation and adoptions. Will’s practice allows him to make a meaningful impact on individuals and the community by making sure the rights of individuals are protected and helping his clients create a path forward after a catastrophic event.

Community: Will is active in the Greenville County Bar Pro Bono Foundation (https://www.greenvillebar.org/pro-bono). The Pro Bono Foundation works to provide legal services in civil matters to low income families in our community. Will donates time each month to represent and work with individuals who could not otherwise afford legal counsel. In October of 2018 Will was recognized by the South Carolina Bar Association for his Pro Bono work and the Pro Bono Foundation’s impact on the Greenville community. In addition to his work with the Pro Brono Foundation, Will and his wife Haley have served as a “big brother” and “big sister” in Big Brothers Big Sisters of America since 2016. Will’s other past community involvement includes coaching little league football and being a member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Red Shoe Society.
