Biography

Will Salkin serves on the firm’s Evictions & HOA Litigation Team, where he assists clients facing real estate disputes, including landlord-tenant disagreements, homeowners’ association conflicts, and property boundary issues. Before joining R&H, Will honed his trial skills as a Deputy District Attorney in Alamosa, Colorado, prosecuting a range of criminal matters. He also spent six years at LexisNexis as a researcher and editor, contributing to a premier legal research platform. While earning his law degree, Will completed a Judicial Externship at the Hancock County Common Pleas Court in Ohio and supported faculty as a research assistant at Ohio Northern University. Among his representative achievements, Will secured a motion to set aside an unfavorable stipulation procured under duress and negotiated the full return of a client’s wrongfully withheld security deposit plus additional damages.
