Biography

Will joined HAT LAW as a law clerk in 2021 while he attended Nashville School of Law. After graduation from the Nashville School of Law in 2025, he became a licensed attorney for the firm’s office in Paris, Tennessee. Will is a licensed real estate title insurance producer for Old Republic Title Insurance Company. Will is originally from Huntingdon, Tennessee, and earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin.

Prior to joining HAT LAW and beginning his legal career, Will has a background in business-management, most recently as the owner operator of a family business.

Will lives in Paris with his wife, Ashton, and their two children, Sawyer and Scarlet. Will is a board member of the Henry County Youth Baseball Association and the Commissioner of Tee Ball. Will enjoys spending his free time coaching Sawyer’s and soon to be Scarlet’s youth sports, attending his nephew’s sporting events, and generally spending time with family.
