In this role, he worked directly with senior management, reviewing and improving clients’ contract management procedures, drafting and revising form contracts and service agreements, reviewing and improving clients’ HR practices and employment agreements, and providing legal advice and business analysis with respect to major strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, strategic realignments, downsizing, bankruptcy, and corporate finance.
