William Breit is a seasoned trial attorney with over 36 years of experience in handling significant personal injury cases across Hampton Roads, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. His legal journey traces back to his father's establishment of a prominent law firm, which served as the training ground for many of today's legal practitioners in the region, including William and his siblings. Graduating from Northwestern University in 1975 and subsequently earning his law degree from the Marshall Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary in 1978, William has dedicated his career to advocating for clients in personal injury litigation. Notably, his legal acumen was instrumental in securing landmark decisions that established the parental rights of fathers in Virginia who conceive children through in vitro fertilization.
