Will Podesta is a shareholder in the Memphis office. He practices in the areas of health care liability and general civil litigation.

Mr. Podesta graduated magna cum laude from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2017. During his tenure, he served as business editor of Volume 47 of the University of Memphis Law Review and was a volunteer income tax preparer in the Vita Clinic.

Prior to law school, Mr. Podesta earned his Bachelor of Science degree in finance and supply chain management at the University of Tennessee in 2011. He has several years of experience in the Intermodal Transportation Industry.
