William D. Clifford is a shareholder of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial, construction, and surety law.
Mr. Clifford is primarily engaged in contract drafting/negotiation, litigation, and arbitration/mediation of construction claims and other construction-related disputes. His practice involves representation of owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, developers, public agencies, design professionals, and sureties. His construction practice has involved airports, stadiums, convention centers, schools, bridges, highways, public housing, steel mills, electrical power plants, commercial office buildings, sewage treatment facilities, and prisons.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Clifford served as a law clerk for the Honorable Rolf Larsen, Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Duquesne University School of Law teaching construction law.
