Biography

Mr. Dailey is a senior partner whose practice concentrates in the defense of clients engaged in litigation before state and federal trial courts within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is a graduate of Boston College and Georgetown University Law School. He joined the Boston law firm of Sloane and Walsh in 1994 and he is presently a partner with the firm.

Mr. Dailey is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, The Defense Research Institute, the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers Association and the Massachusetts Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Dailey has been nominated by his peers as a Top Lawyer in Boston Magazine.

Mr. Dailey’s practice is concentrated on the defense of complex litigation matters including the representation of medical professionals and facilities in connection with allegations of malpractice, construction litigation and products liability litigation.

Mr. Dailey has participated as a speaker and panelist for the American Society of Bariatric Surgeon’s Bariatric Summit, lecturer at Grand Rounds for the New England Medical Center’s Surgical Department, and presenter at Tufts University School of Medicine-Office of Continuing Education Program.
