Biography

Danny Bartle is an Associate Attorney at Carr Maloney P.C.

Prior to joining the firm, Danny was an attorney at Rees Broome, PC, where he represented clients in Mergers & Acquisitions transactions and drafted motions and oppositions for clients involved in litigation. He also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable James A. Willett of the Prince William County Circuit, where he managed Judge Willett’s civil docket caseloads. He prepared the Court for each Friday’s Criminal and Civil Motions’ dockets by reading and summarizing pleadings and motions, doing supplemental research, and making recommendations for Judge Willett.

A graduate of the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, Danny served as an Articles Editor of the George Mason Law Review. He was also a member of the George Mason Trial Advocacy Association and the Moot Court Board.

During law school, Danny interned at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where he worked closely with the eDiscovery Group. Danny also served as a research assistant for Professors Michael S. Greve and Paolo Saguato.

Danny graduated summa cum laude from Longwood University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in History.
