William David Bennett, often referred to as W. David Bennett, is a distinguished partner and the primary trial attorney at Bodden & Bennett Law Group. His legal practice is primarily focused on a diverse range of areas, including personal injury claims, wrongful death actions, representing medical providers and claimants in PIP (personal injury protection) benefit claims against automobile insurers, civil rights actions, commercial litigation, and landlord/tenant deposit disputes. Mr. Bennett is widely recognized as a formidable presence in the courtroom, boasting a substantial track record of success in numerous jury trials, many of which have resulted in highly favorable verdicts, including multi-million dollar awards.

Having grown up in the vibrant state of Florida, Mr. Bennett cultivated a notable reputation for delivering results and upholding the highest standards of integrity during his ten-year tenure in hospitality management at various prestigious establishments, including the historic and internationally renowned Boca Raton Resort and Club. This unique blend of professional and academic success equips Mr. Bennett with a distinctive skill set that he applies diligently in all aspects of client representation.

Mr. Bennett earned his Juris Doctorate degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2010, graduating cum laude and earning top honors in several areas of study, notably excelling in medical malpractice. Complementing his legal prowess, he also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Florida Atlantic University. He maintains active memberships in prominent legal organizations, including the Florida Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, and the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Additionally, he holds admission to practice in the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of Florida.
