William Foster, J.D.

From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Foster was employed as an attorney adviser/underwriter for the U.S. Small Business Administration and later worked in the compliance section. From 2008 to 2013, he was employed as an associate attorney for a local real estate litigation firm (Castle Law Group, LLC). During this time he also represented consumer debtors in bankruptcy on a part-time basis. Beginning 2013 to 2017, he was in-house counsel to a local mid-sized company on a part-time basis. During this time he was also the managing member of a boutique law firm in Denver (Foster Law Group) which represented small to mid-sized companies in entity selection and organizations, transactions, contract litigation, and strategic workouts for distressed businesses. The firm also represented individuals and businesses in bankruptcy chapter 7, 13 and 11. During the year 2017, he closed Foster Law Group and opened Consumer Law Pro which focuses exclusively on bankruptcy law and consumer protection.
