Biography

William Groustra was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he graduated from Little Rock Christian Academy. He went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in biology from Ouachita Baptist University. William later attended the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville. During law school, he gained experience working with firms across Arkansas, ranging from civil defense and family law practices to compliance teams at the Walmart Home Office in Bentonville.

After graduating from law school, William began his legal career at a small insurance defense firm in Little Rock. Wanting to make a greater impact by helping people directly, and knowing Rainwater, Holt & Sexton’s strong reputation for serving those in need, he decided to pivot his career and join their team.

William has a strong desire to help those who are in need and is deeply committed to making a difference in their lives. He is passionate about being the person people can rely on when they’re facing difficult circumstances.

In his free time, William enjoys playing disc golf and often travels to courses all across the state of Arkansas. He also spends time with friends and family and cheers on the Razorbacks in any sport, as well as the Dallas Cowboys.
