Biography

William (Will) Hogsett is an associate in the Bose McKinney & Evans Utilities and Local Government Practice Groups. His practice includes assisting political subdivisions throughout the state with administrative proceedings, litigation and various local issues.

During his law school career, Will spent two years with the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law REACH Reentry Clinic, helping federal probationers and formerly incarcerated persons reintegrate into society with brief legal services and advice. He was also a member of the McKinney Professional Development Institute and the Sports & Entertainment Law Society.

While a law school student, Will served as a legal extern for the Court of Appeals of Indiana and was an intern for our fully integrated public affairs firm, Bose Public Affairs Group. He also served on the board of directors that reactivated the dormant Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Prior to law school, Will had a legislative internship with the Indiana House of Representatives and served as a reporter for the Anderson Herald Bulletin and the Indianapolis Star.
