William J. Garces, Esq. is a founder and managing partner at Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq. Mr. Garces has assembled an exceptional and compassionate group of legal professionals to help you with your legal needs.

Mr. Garces believes that we, as a firm, should strive to be our clients’ attorney for life. To do this, Mr. Garces offers a wide array of legal services to help our clients deal with the multitude of complex legal issues that confront their daily lives.

Guillermo “Will” Garces was born in the city of Camaguey, Cuba. At the age of three his family moved to the United States. When the Garces family arrived in New Jersey in 1962, Mr. Garces’ father, a licensed veterinarian physician in Cuba, began working as a custodian cleaning animal cages at a pharmaceutical company because of the language barrier. His father continued to support his family doing this work until years later when the command of the English language permitted him to take the National Board Exams and once again he became a licensed veterinarian physician here in New Jersey.

Mr. Garces has not forgotten his roots to this day. He is compassionate about people from all backgrounds and all walks of life. He believes vehemently in the dignity of all mankind. His empathy for the hardships of the newly arrived immigrants is one reason why he opened a law office to working class Latinos, many of whom do not speak English.
