William Justyk focuses his practice in the areas of Commercial and Residential Real Estate as well as Business and Corporate Law.

Commercial and Residential Real Estate

Mr. Justyk provides legal guidance to clients in all phases of commercial and residential real estate transactions. He represents businesses and individuals in the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of real estate. Mr. Justyk also represents clients in managing due diligence requests, resolving title insurance issues, and coordinating closings. He also has experience representing condominium and homeowner associations.

Mr. Justyk has significant experience successfully resolving disputes for his real estate clients in matters that include property rights, corporate governance, fair housing compliance, amendments to covenants, landlord/tenant disputes, as well as condominium and homeowner association assessments.

Mr. Justyk also provides legal guidance on financing components of real estate transactions.

Business and Corporate Law

Mr. Justyk works collaboratively with a wide range of business entities to address their legal needs. He is experienced advising clients on matters including entity selections, business formation, regulatory compliance, commercial leasing, operating agreements, as well as purchase and sale agreements. Mr. Justyk also guides businesses on intellectual property matters, including trademark registration and maintenance.
