Biography

William J. Stockdale is an associate in the firm’s Warsaw office who practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, asset protection, and long-term nursing home care planning. Will is passionate about preserving family assets for future generations while minimizing long-term care expenses and taxes.

Will grew up in Warsaw. Prior to attending college, Will served in the United States Army and had the pleasure of being stationed at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Will holds a bachelor’s degree from IPFW and a J.D. from the Maurer School of Law at Indiana University in Bloomington.

In his free time, Will enjoys basketball, reading, and spending time with family.
